A Spring & Summer Wine Journey at Bottega Biologica
On Saturday, May 9, Bottega Biologica, located inside Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence, hosts a special tasting event dedicated to organic wine and the discovery of independent European winemakers.
The event offers a journey through three wines selected for the new spring and summer wine list, exploring territories, grape varieties, and contemporary approaches to organic and sustainable viticulture.
Leading the tasting is Francesca Elli, winemaker and enologist, who guides participants through the world of organic wine production, wine culture, sustainable agriculture, and regional identity.
Wines in Tasting
- Korenika & Moškon “Tris” 2021
- Antica Enotria “Contessa Staffa” 2024
- Weingut Loacker “Morit” 2023
Three wines from different territories, united by a strong focus on artisanal quality, sustainability, and respect for the agricultural landscape.
Special Final Tasting
The tasting concludes with “Umore della Terra”, Francesca Elli’s wine made from old vineyards located on the Tuscan coast.
The event is part of “Sabato in Bottega”, Bottega Biologica’s monthly series dedicated to organic producers, natural wines, sustainable agriculture, and contemporary food culture.
More than a simple wine tasting, the event offers an opportunity to discover the people, stories, and farming practices behind every bottle.
